Surestay Hotel By Best Western Helen Downtown

It was as expected, had a really great stay. I liked staying here, the location was convenient. Outstanding and non-smoking rooms with a hot tub and 2 double beds, as for instance.

We liked this hotel, location was pleasant and staff were personable! The place was close to Helen downtown. Nice service provided there too. Such a fab experience.

I liked the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how informative the staff was. Central location, not very far from Betty's Country Store.

Everything was nice and we had fine time. Great facilities and the pool was very clean. Ideal location close to Unicoi Hill Park. We loved the Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.

Everything there was modern. Beautiful building, immaculately clean and comfortable bedroom. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay. Pool was clean and beds were amazing. Moreover, parking was onsite...

All in all a small hotel and outstanding stay. Top-class staff, the room was exceptional and I appreciated decent location. Fantastic view, a nice balcony, comfortable bed, too. Most of the time food was good especially during the American breakfast. Easy check-in was a bonus.

I loved staying in this 3 star hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable, as were the pillows. Overall ABSOLUTELY GREAT location.

central location, friendly staff. found a place called the hooch pizza, set next to the hotel, ate there a few times.
